  • How much will this repair cost?

Moisture Intrusion Repair and WickRight Passive Ventilation Installation isn't cheap.

However, it is far less expensive than recovering from a catastrophic failure and it does significantly extend the life of your building. Most building owners will need to secure financing.

Every building deteriorates in its own unique way. Therefore, moisture intrusion repair costs are based on the damage the building has sustained and are charged based on time and materials needed to complete the repair properly. Repair estimates can fluctuate, as additional damage is often uncovered during the repair process. Clients are updated as damage is discovered and the estimate is revised.

The cost of installing WickRight Vapor Release Systems is calculated on a price per linear foot, based on the perimeter measurement of your building, the number of jogs or curves in the walls, the profile, materials and colors chosen. A WickRight project manager will measure, assess the initial repair needs and help you choose profiles, materials and colors.
